4 Cleans and SPLIT JERKs, can be power or squat cleans


***RX starts @ 155/105#

***We row 200m and then perform 4 clean and split jerks, add weight each time and build to a heavy 4 rep, heaviest complete set of 4 reps is your score. Does not need to be Touch-N-Go to count.
