30 Double Unders
16 Double DB/KB Lunges (Walking or In Place) 50’s/35’s
GOAL: 6+ Rounds
-45 Single Unders
-30 Line Hops
Do As Rx.
-Each set of HSPU should be completed unbroken
-Use abmats/plates as needed
-If you break on any set, start over.
-Complete round of 10 or get as far as you can.
