RX = Partner not climbing rope has to hold air squat w/ wall ball while other partner climbs rope
Comp = Hold wall ball between feet while climbing rope, must drop wall ball to partner once reach the apex of the rope
Everything but the run can be split up however, the run must be 300/300m per person
