EMOM starting at 0:00 perform 20 Double Unders/30 Single Unders


***Once 50 kHSPUs are completed go directly into 50 burpees.


Comp = 75 of both Kipping HSPUs and Burpees

Scaled = 35 of kHSPUs but burpees remain the same

Scaled = 50 DB Push Press

Scaled = Strict HSPU
