July is a higher percentage density OLY, a 5-3-1 style of squatting for a 1RM build, some very classic WODs, and the Liberty games. The skill of the month is Handstand Walks.

*Build to a moderate/heavy 3 rep weighted Strict Ring Dip




Power Clean + Push Jerk

***Snappy means as soon as it hits the chest it gets popped up into the Push Jerk. No resting in the front rack. It should be moderate - heavier than what we are doing in the WOD - but snappy and aggressive.
