Max Pull Ups/Ring Rows
Max Wall Balls
*Start with max Pull Ups/Ring Rows; as soon as the athletes breaks, they must run 200m. Upon return they must do a max set of Wall Balls (NOTE: cannot rest with ball in hand for more than :10; max set is 30 or less). Once they drop the ball or rest too long they run 200m. They then do a max set of K2E or Knee Raises (max set is 30 or less). Once they come off the bar they run 200m. Once they are back in the gym, they begin with Pull Ups and repeat the cycle until 18:00 has elapsed.
