***Build if comfortable with the movement



B.

Snatch

EMOM x 8 Rounds

1 Squat Snatch per interval

***Start @ 50% and build.


C.

Split Jerk

8 Singles

1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1

***Between 70-80% of your 1RM Split Jerk


D.

Low Hang Clean Pull

4 sets of 3 Reps

***Roughly 70%+

***Emphasis on the REBEND of the knee on the down phase and then clearing the knee upon the up phase of the barbell
