September is going to be a different month. Long metcons without strength, one day of the week and then 2 days of strength only - specifically OLY related and general strength building. Emphasis on speed in our lifts and just getting stronger in general. No skill of the month.

8 Kipping Handstand Push Ups
6 C2B Pull-Ups
Run 100m
***Capped @ 45mins
***Goal is 38-42mins
***Scale the volume back to 8/6/4 if this is too much in one sitting
***Can also scale the rounds back as well but keep the volume the same.
***This is a great time to ask your coach for help. This is an entire day dedicated to higher-level skill work and there is a long time to do it in a longer WOD setting. Ask your coach for coaching on how to perform a movement better during these long metcon days.
