CROSSFIT

Today is the beginning of unrestrictive weightlifting. Gonna be a month of squatting and deadlifting that does not require percentages or time constraints. Just lift. We should see a lot of PRs, a lot of confidence, and a lot of fun. Go into this ready to rock
