1 Power Clean @ 82, 84, 86, 88, 90% Power Clean


***Will allow a 1RM attempt if no misses and barbell feels good

9 Toes-2-Bar

14 DB Power Snatch (Alternating) 50/35#

20 Step Back Goblet Lunges 50/35#


***Goal is 3-5 rounds
