6 Pull-ups/Bands/ Ring Rows

3 Chest to Bar Pull-ups/Bands/ Ring Rows

Max Wallballs 20/14



WOD:

5 Rounds:

1 Minute Max Burpees

1 Minute Max Kettlebell Swings 70/50

1 Minute Max Calorie on Rower or Bike

1 Minute Rest


GOAL: Stay consistent each round with total reps.
