2 Snatch Balance


*Start with an empty barbell and build in weight in preparation for Hang Power Snatch and Power Snatch

*Aim to finish at 30-50% of your Power Snatch 1RM


5:00-11:00…

1 Hang Power Snatch


*Build in weight

*Aim to work up to 50%-70% of your Power Snatch 1RM


11:00-18:00...

1 Power Snatch


*Build in weight to a heavy single

*Aim is to build to 70% - 1RM.



WOD:

20-15-10:

KBS 70/50


100-75-50:

Double Unders


GOAL: 4 - 8:00


SCALING:

  • KBS 50/35 or lighter

  • 200-150-100 Single Unders
