August is going to be wave Deadlifts to get something heavy in our hands, the Crossfit Total at the end of the month, general weightlifting complexes, and the large gymnastics volume in WODs. Time to shine AMRAPPERs. The skill of the month is Hand Stand Push Ups!

***Single Arm Thrusters: Can be broken up, however, only one arm at a time here.
***This can be chopped away however you see fit. Similar to 20.5, you can do 5 pulling, 10 SA DB Thrusters, and then 20 cal row till completion or you can just do it as written. Up to you guys.
BMUs scaled = 40 Pull-Ups + 40 Push-Ups
***Can also do banded or jumping BMUs
