August is going to be wave Deadlifts to get something heavy in our hands, the Crossfit Total at the end of the month, general weightlifting complexes, and the large gymnastics volume in WODs. Time to shine AMRAPPERs. The skill of the month is Hand Stand Push Ups!

***Goal is to complete all the sets in the waves AFAP (As Fast As Possible) and unbroken (UBN). You must put the barbell down between sets in the wave but then can rest as needed. The goal is to complete wave AFAP and then rest between waves completely.
