As a friendly reminder classes will be limited to 15 athletes per class. You must register for class to attend.

STRENGTH:

5 Sets For Quality:

Set 1: 5 Tall Snatches + 5 Snatch Balance

Set 2: 4 Tall Snatches + 4 Snatch Balance

Set 3: 3 Tall Snatches + 3 Snatch Balance

Set 4: 2 Tall Snatches + 2 Snatch Balance

Set 5: 1 Tall Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance


  • This technique session will really dial in our ability to get under the bar fast.

  • Speed is the main focus here.

  • Perform each set as an unbroken complex.

  • Build weight each set as you go.
