October will be some interval work once a week. Working on accruing very specific numbers in a period of time that are considered standards of work intensity. Heavy weightlifting in a WOD setting relative to the individual's ability. A lot of strict strength and bodybuilding accumulation as strengths once a week. The skill of the month is T2B and will only be 3 weeks long.
