EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) x 16:00

A) 18/15cal Row

B) 3 Snatch @ 73% of 1RM

***Can be power or squat

C) 15 Burpees

D) 5 Wall Walks

***Goal is to complete all of the reps each interval
