July is a higher percentage density OLY, a 5-3-1 style of squatting for a 1RM build, some very classic WODs, and the Liberty games. The skill of the month is Handstand Walks.


CROSSFIT

STRENGTH:

Deadlift

14:00 to build to a moderate 3 rep

-then-

Rest 1-2mins to perform a single set AMRAP @ 75% of the above 3 Rep


WOD:

"Lane"

Hang Power Snatches 145/100#

Handstand Push-Ups


*Rest as needed between rounds but adhere to the running clock.

*Perform as many repetitions as possible in one go of Hang Power Snatches and Handstand Push-Ups.

*Rest as needed between rounds.
