5 Romanian Deadlifts


Round 1: 40% of your Deadlift 1RM

Round 2: 50% of your Deadlift 1 RM

Round 3: 60% of your Deadlift 1 RM

Round 4 and 5: 65% - 75% of your Deadlift 1 RM


WOD:

21-15-9:

Pull-Ups

Shoulder - 2 - Overhead 95/65


GOAL: 5:00 - 11:00


SCALING:

  • Pull-Ups - Bands/Ring Rows

  • Lighter as needed


COMP:

  • Handstand Push-Ups
