CROSSFIT

STRENGTH:

A.

5 Sets of 3 - 3 Position Power Snatch

1 High Hang Power Snatch (pocket-level)

1 Hang Power Snatch (knee-level)

1 Power Snatch (from the floor)


Barbell load - 75% of 1RM Snatch

A 10% increase from last week.



B.

Snatch Balance


3 Sets of 5 Reps @50% of 1RM Snatch


*Focus on the speed of driving yourself up the bar.

*Train yourself to be comfortable in the receiving (“catch”) position.

*Don’t be in a rush to stand up….. Set Up, Snatch, Stabilize, Stand.


WOD:

18-15-12:

Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 95/65

Push Presses 95/65


*60 Double Unders between sets

*WOD is complete after 12 Push Press


GOAL: 5-11:00


SCALING:

  • Push Press - 75/55


COMP:

  • 115/85#

  • 10 HSPU each round in place of push press
