25 Double Unders

3 RMU

6 Strict HSPUs

9 Push-Ups


***Goal is 11-13mins

***Capped @ 15mins


***Scale RMU to 6 Pull-Ups, can be C2B or regular

***Scale Strict HSPUs to DB sPress or Barbell

***Can also decrease the overall volume of the sHSPUs and RMUs to accrue solid volume in those movements at your skill level
