***After each round practice double unders for 1min at a time or so between drills. Always refining this.


***If you have RMUs still do some drills to refine your basics.


***The goal of every Thursday is to step outside of your comfort zone. January is all RMUs.


***Repeat today, continue to work on skills. Continue to progress and attempt new things. The more you start to accumulate wins, the more you will believe in yourself.
