20m Yoke Carry/ :30 Heavy KB Front Rack Hold

:30 Hollow Hold/Hip Extension hold


  • Build In Weight for Farmer Carry & Sled Drag

  • Yoke Carry Sub - Walk across the gym with a heavily loaded barbell with a rack on the other side. Put on Rack to reposition then return back.
