As a friendly reminder classes will be limited to 15 athletes per class. You must register for class to attend.

 

CROSSFIT

*Spend 15:00 to build up to working weight for back squat and push press.

30 Synchro Chest-2-Bar Pull Ups

30 Back Squats (per pair / from the rack)

30 Push Presses (per pair / from the floor)

30 Box Jump Overs (per person)

M 205-lb. squat, 135-lb. press, 30-in. box

F 145-lb. squat, 95-lb. press, 24-in. Box

NOTES:

-This WOD begins with synchronized Chest-2-Bar Pull Ups. Each team will complete 30 back squats and then 30 push presses. The team will then complete 30 box jump-overs with each athlete jumping over his or her box and completing the rep before jumping back.

-Scale weight to moderate-heavy to meet you where you are at along your fitness journey.

-Reduce height as needed but try to go a little bit higher than what you typically do for box jumps.

GOAL: 12:00-20:00 CAP
