Saturday, October 17th

As a friendly reminder classes will be limited to 15 athletes per class. You must register for class to attend.

 

Classes will be run at 8:00am & 9:00am.


SweatFest and CrossFit members may attend either class time.


All levels of fitness are welcome.


Entry is FREE but donations are encouraged.

24 DB Power Snatch 50/35

18/14 Calorie Row


*DB Power Snatch does not need to be alternating

*1 Person workings at a time for DB Snatch & Row

*Reduce reps/weight as needed


GOAL: 15- 30:00 CAP
