***Relay, one person runs 100m must tag the other person to have them start to run
10 Deadlifts @ 155/105#
8 Ring Rows
***Alternate Deadlifts and Ring Row each round but must be performed at the same time.
7mins of Rowing for Cals
***Must beat the above score of 8mins of rowing to earn RX or to earn bragging rights
***One person works at a time on the rower
***Score is total cals rowed, and rounds but again score only counts if you beat the 8min interval of rowing
