31:00 min AMRAP

3-4 people per team, each team gets a bike.


Partner 1 - Accumulates Cals On The Bike

Partner 2 - Pushes a moderate sled 45+25/35

Partner 3 - Pushes a moderate sled

***Partners 2/3 switch off pushing the sled

Partner 4 - Runs 300m and then switches with the person on the bike


1 person bikes for cals

2 people push the sled

1 person runs around the building and then switches with the person on the bike


The person on the bike finds the people pushing the sled and they switch in order and the cycle continues. Scores are how many times the sled makes it around the building + cals on the bike.
