July is a higher percentage density OLY, a 5-3-1 style of squatting for a 1RM build, some very classic WODs, and the Liberty games. The skill of the month is Handstand Walks.

Partner 2 Performs 15 AKBS @ 55/35#

Partner 3 Performs 12 T2B


***Only 1 partner works at a time but they alternate movements in an I Go, You Go fashion. They perform the same movement till the rowing is complete, then they move to the next movement and continue in this fashion till the time is completed. Only full rounds count towards the score of the swings and the T2B.
