45 Thrusters 95/65

45 Pull-Ups

45 Squat Cleans 135/95

45 Push-Ups

45 Deadlift 155/105

45 Kipping HSPU


***Scale for Pike Push Up or DB Push Press

***Try not to have 2 barbells out

***Must complete each movement before moving on to the next one

***Split reps however, only one person works at a time

***25-30min time cap


***Comp = Ring Dips for push-ups
