CROSSFIT

5 Sets of 3 - 3 Position Power Snatch

Barbell load - 65% of 1RM Snatch

A 10% increase from last week

The aim is not to simply move heavier loads, but to move them better than last week.


WOD:

In Teams of 2:

AMRAP in 12:00

8 Power Cleans 135/95

10 Ring Push Ups

12 Air Squats

14 Ground-2-Overhead 45/35

*Split Reps However


GOAL: 5-9+ Rounds


SCALING:

  • Weight - 115/75 or lighter

  • Push-Ups

  • Russian KBS - lighter as needed


COMP:

  • Weight 155/105

  • 5 Ring Muscle Ups

  • 12 Pistol Squats
