August is going to be wave Deadlifts to get something heavy in our hands, the Crossfit Total at the end of the month, general weightlifting complexes, and the large gymnastics volume in WODs. Time to shine AMRAPPERs. The skill of the month is Hand Stand Push Ups!


CROSSFIT

WOD:

"Back On The Playground"

In Teams Of 2...


18 Teetertotter Deadlifts @ 155/105#

***So partner 1 lifts, comes to full extension and holds, partner 2 lifts, comes to full extension and then partner 1 completes there reps. This is 18 total reps

Run 600m

***Must run together

60 Pistols

***These can be split up however

***Sub to 80 Air Squats if cannot pistol or do pistol progressions

40 Teetertotter Power Cleans @ 135/95#

***Same concept as above, hold in the front rack and alt movements

Run 600m

60 Front Rack Lunge @ 115/80#

***Split reps however

40 Teetertotter Hang Power Cleans @ 115/80#

***Same concept as above

Run 600m

18 Teetertotter Deadlifts @ 95/65#


***Goal is to finish
