100 Meter Double Kettlebell Front Rack Carry


NOTES:

*We continue today chasing a good upper body pump that will increase capacity throughout the upper body.

*You should choose a weight on the bar that allows you to complete at least 10 reps each set.

*Choose a weight on the double kettlebell front rack carry that is challenging, but able to complete the entire distance unbroken for at least the first two rounds.
