August is going to be wave Deadlifts to get something heavy in our hands, the Crossfit Total at the end of the month, general weightlifting complexes, and the large gymnastics volume in WODs. Time to shine AMRAPPERs. The skill of the month is Hand Stand Push Ups!

*There will be 1 Bike and 1 Rower per team. The Bike and Rower will be performed at the same time. This means 2 athletes will be working while 1 is resting. Athletes may switch at any time as long as there are 2 working and one resting.
*Synchronized Burpees = Both athletes must be on the ground simultaneously.k and 1 rest until all 42 synchronized burpees are complete. Athletes may switch at any time as long as there are 2 working and one resting.
*Synchronized Burpees = Both athletes must be on the ground simultaneously.
* Athletes will finish a round by performing alternating squat snatches. You can break these reps up however but 1 athlete can not perform back-to-back reps.
