Phase 4 Updates: 3-2-1-LET'S GOO
Beginning Monday June 29th the following updates will go into effect:
Expanded CrossFit & SweatFest Classes
Monday - Friday
10:30am (CrossFit For Sport: TEENS ONLY)
*=NOT AVAILABLE FRIDAY
9:00am (Open Gym 1)
10:00am (Open Gym 2)
11:00am (CrossFit For Recovery)
As most know we recently got new “Sweat Mops”, thanks to Coach Frankie.
So what does this mean? It means that after each workout we will be responsible of cleaning up our own super sweaty area or use it to clean up our chalk mess & hand prints. Obviously wipes are available too. But it’s easier with a mop style (#winning).
CLASS SIZES & KIDS AREA
Class sizes will now be capped at 15. (Beginning Monday, June 29th)
Teens will be capped at 20. (Beginning Monday, June 29th)
Saturday classes will be capped at 20. (Beginning Saturday, July 4th)
Everyone is still REQUIRED to sign in prior to class. If you are unable to attend a class but you reserved a slot you must take yourself off the list so others who may be on the waiting list can come get their fitness on, spread the love.

The kids area will be limited to 4 kids at one time. If there is not any room the oldest kids in attendance that day will be welcomed to sit on the benches.
Pack and plays & Strollers are encouraged. There will be no limit to these.
As mentioned before we ask that you don't linger around between classes. However what you do in the parking lot is your business.
If you do bring your child or children with you they are not able to run around the gym or hang out before and after class. Please make sure they are either in the kids room, on the benches, strollers, or in their pack and play.

4TH OF JULY
All classes will be performing the same WOD on Saturday, July 4th. Anyone can come to 8am, 9am, or 10am class. There is still at cap of 20 people per class.

The first Saturday SweatFest class will be on Saturday, July 11th at 8am.
