Odd Minutes: 1 Front Squat

Even Minutes: 3 Back Squats

Barbell Loaded at 85% of 1RM Front Squat For Both Lifts


Week 4 of 4: Squat EMOM


WOD:

3 Rounds:

5 Chest To Bar Pull-Ups

10 Push Jerks 115/85

15 Sit-Ups

20 Lunges 50/35 (Single DB)


GOAL: 5:00 - 10:00


SCALING:

  • Pull-Ups / Bands / Rings

  • Push Jerks - 95/65, 75/55, or lighter


COMP:

  • 5 Bar Muscle Ups

  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

  • 15 GHD Sit-ups
