August is going to be wave Deadlifts to get something heavy in our hands, the Crossfit Total at the end of the month, general weightlifting complexes, and the large gymnastics volume in WODs. Time to shine AMRAPPERs. The skill of the month is Hand Stand Push Ups!
***Start at 50% for the 12 reps.
***Build in weight for each set.

***Each time you break from a movement is 25 double unders paid to the house.
***Scale so you can do sets of 8+ each time
***Goal is 12-14mins
***Capped @ 16mins
