1 Squat Clean and Split Jerk

***Start @ 50% and fire away.

C.

BTN (Behind The Neck) Series 4/4

4 sets

2 Snatch Grip Push Press + 2 OHS

***Build to a moderate and technique focused lift


D.

Snatch Pull

5 sets of 2

***Keeping the theme going here

***Start @ 105-110% of your 1RM snatch

***If your 1RM is "light" then make it heavy and get something heavy in your hands here
