STRENGTH:

SNATCH PRIMER

3 Sets


3 Muscle Snatches

3 Hang Power Snatches

3 Overhead Squats


Set 1: 35% of 1RM Snatch

Set 2: 40% of 1 RM Snatch

Set 3: 45% of 1RM Snatch


*This snatch complex will get us set for a heavy piece right after.

*Perform this complex in one unbroken set.

1 Squat Snatch


All % are based off of your 1RM Snatch

Set 1: 68%

Set 2: 71%

Set 3: 74%


Set 4: 71%

Set 5: 74%

Set 6: 77%


In Time Remaining…

-Build To A Heavy Single For The Day.

-The aim is to be in the range of 85-93%.

-This is not intended to be a 1RM but if the iron is hot strike it.

 

SWEATFEST

No Class, next available class is tomorrow at 8:00am.

SweatFest is a 45 minute high-intensity cardio class. Workouts combine simple body weight, gymnastics, rowing, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, super sweaty full-body workout! SweatFest is for everyone. No on-boarding or CrossFit experience needed.

Monday - Thursday: 6:30pm

Saturday: 8am
