***A kiss clean is where you bring the barbell back to the ground as slowly as possible and "kiss" the ground lightly before initiating the lift

***This is a workout dedicated to Rae. She walks through the doors at AMRAP ready to throw down. She never shys away from a challenge and legit leads an army of children each day while still smashing WODs with the best of them. She quickly became a loved member of our community and will be missed greatly. NH better watch out, they don't know the athlete that is about to walk into that new gym.
