July is a higher percentage density OLY, a 5-3-1 style of squatting for a 1RM build, some very classic WODs, and the Liberty games. The skill of the month is Handstand Walks.


CROSSFIT

STRENGTH:

Power Clean and Push Jerk

15mins to build to a 1RM of this complex


WOD:

Push Capacity Test #1


4 Rounds

2mins of work/1min of rest


5 Strict HSPUs

10 Kipping HSPUs

15 Push-Ups

***Remaining time in the interval is accumulating Deadlifts @ 175/125#



***Final round extends to a full 3mins

***Score is total Deadlifts

***Goal is 60+ Deadlifts

***Scale to DB Pressing or cut the reps of the pressing down a bit
