As a friendly reminder, each available time block will be limited to 15 athletes. You must register to attend.
For Time (7:00 CAP):
40 Shoulder to Overhead
30 Step Ups with Single DB
20 Handstand Push-Ups (Strict or Kipping)
10 Devil Presses
Rx - 115/85, DB 50/35
Scaled - 75/55, DB 35/20, 20 Devil Presses
Masters - 35’s / 20’s, 20 HSPU
Shoulder to overhead = Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk
Athletes may hold the DB in any position during Step-Ups.
Both athlete’s feet must touch the top of the box and the ground of each rep.
Athlete’s arms must reach full lockout each rep or it will result in a no rep. If an athlete is using a mat and plates they will use a 25# plate and 1 ab mat.
Scaled will not perform HSPU’s, they will do an additional 10 Devil Press in place of the HSPU for a total of 20 Devil Presses.
For Time (Time Cap 8:00):
50 Bench Press
Every time you rack the weight:
20m Sled Push
RX - Bench Press 115/80, Sled 90/70
Scaled - Bench Press 95/65, Sled 90/70
Masters - Bench Press 95/65, Sled 90/70
Athletes will begin with one hand on the red wall. At the start of 3-2-1-GO athletes will push their sled 10m and begin their 50 reps for time.
No Class, the next available class is tomorrow at 8:00 am.
