***Same weight as last week but now it is a CLUSTER set. The athlete must do 3 reps, drop the barbell, rest for:10-:15seconds and then repeat.
70% should be "heavy" enough where you need to break and reset.
So quick sets, drop: 10second break and then go again is a good skill to have.
