As we say adios to 2020 this week we wanted to have a party with some of our favorite "Girls", "Hero's", and "Classics". What does that mean? For the remainder of 2020, we will be performing some of CrossFit's most well-known workouts. If you haven't performed any of these workouts now is a great time to keep track of what weight and time you did for each workout. So in the future when you perform these exact same workouts you can see how much better you have gotten. If you have done these before now is a great time to test your previous score to see if you can improve on your overall score.
Following the end of 2020, we will also begin new programming designed by Coach Frankie. Coach Frankie was our first intern ever several years ago. He has since then continued to learn, develop, and grow. His passion and gift is fitness. If you know Coach Frankie you know he is all about improving the quality of your life through health and wellness in the safest and effective way possible.
In addition to the classic workouts and Coach Frankie doing Coach Frankie things, we will also have Goal Cards for each of you. We want you to write down 3 specific goals you'd like to attain within the next 3-12 months. The more specific the better. This will help you prioritize what you should be focusing on on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. When you complete the goal the idea is to cross it off or put a checkmark by your completed goal until your goal card is complete.
