Foundations is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and an opportunity for you to get to know us and we get to know you . There are 4 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about CrossFit For Sport.
