Here’s what we did on Monday:

Strength
Power Snatch
3-3-3-3-3

WOD
For Time:
200 Double Unders
Row 750m
200 Double Unders

We’ve been getting things back in order with the website, and as a result, there have been multiple postings on Facebook in order to assure everyone that the site will be up and ready soon. With some of these postings, Matt did inform all of our AMRAPers that, yes, the new website would post that day’s WOD, everyday.

When this item was mentioned there were a variety of different viewpoints expressed. Everyone’s opinions were noted, but the one that you might not have noticed was Tyler’s. It may have been simply because he didn’t express whether or not he cared the WOD was posted the day but rather his wishes as to what the workout consisted of. He was fine with almost anything – except tuck jumps, or “suck jumps” as he calls them.

Apparently (and unfortunately for everyone who dislikes tuck jumps) Tyler’s message was returned to the sender because not only did the scaling option for Monday’s WOD include tuck jumps, it included 200 of them.

I did the exact same weight as Jenn for the snatches. I went RX’d for the WOD and got 19 something….I’m glad i went RX even though the DU’s kicked my butt!! I finally am able to do a WOD RX with DU and didn’t realize how tiring my arms would get!!
