WORKOUT CLASS SCHEDULE



*Monday - Friday

  • 5:30 am - 6:30 am
  • 9:00 am - 10:00 am (This class is only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
  • 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (This class is only on Tuesday & Thursday evenings)

Saturday

  • 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • 10:00 am - 11:00 am (Free Class)

Sunday

  • 9:00 am - 10:00 am

*Additional classes may be added to the schedule upon a client's request; however, we do require a minimum of three or more members to commit to a regularly scheduled time for the class period to become permanent.
