Olympic Lifting Classes: The Sunday Olympic Lifting class is already full; however, a few of you have approached me about beginning a class during the week. A couple of you said that the Wednesday at 6 p.m. may be a good option; others have suggested a Tuesday night class, which may be possible if we shift the Kids’ program the following month. Regardless, we need about 6-7 people to make the class happen. Please post to comments if you are interested in a weeknight Olympic Lifting class.
Endurance Classes: The Endurance classes are beginning tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. If you plan on attending, please wear appropriate clothes as we will be running outside. Also, if you have a watch and/or stopwatch, it may be helpful to bring along. Please feel free to contact Brittany at 815-685-7717 or at brittany@crossfitamrap.com if you have any questions about tomorrow’s class.
The Hot Chocolate 5/15k: The Hot Chocolate run is on November 4 in Chicago at Grant Park. A number of AMRAPers plan on attending the race. I will be organizing a carpool for those members who are interested. Just keep your eyes open for more information about getting to and from the race.
Happy Hump Day: That is all.

I’d be interested in the week Olympic Lifting class… and could make Wed at 6 PM or T at 7 PM.
