Gee, I would come join you, but I think I’m gonna take a rest day, and get myself un-sore for Sun!! Anybody who isn’t busy that would like to come cheer me on at the Lake Zurich Triathlon is welcome!!

It sure was hot! We had a few hardy souls who completed the WOD. I modified my run to 200M and row to 250M and came in with a pretty respectable time of 18:02.
Someone left a beautiful sweat bull (as opposed to an sweat angel) that Matt took a picture of.
