We’re excited that you are interested in becoming a member at CrossFit AMRAP. Please follow the necessary steps below to become a member at our facility:
STEP #1: WATCH THIS VIDEO & THEN READ ON
At CrossFit AMRAP, we offer pricing for personal and group training packages. If you are seeking a membership on cost alone, we encourage you to try other gyms in the area before coming to CrossFit AMRAP. We believe that in doing so you will be able to experience the difference that our box has to offer. CrossFit AMRAP is the longest-standing CrossFit gym in McHenry County, was recently voted the best CrossFit Gym in the Fox Valley (“Best of the Fox”) and boasts the largest facility and most class times in the area. We encourage you to come experience “The AMRAP Difference.”
Our prices are based on access to quality staff, training, customer service, and the wonderful community that you receive along with your regular membership. While our services may begin at our door with excellent coaching/instruction, programming, a fun and competitive atmosphere, and an extraordinary community; they extend far beyond the gym walls with access to nutritional advice, injury care/prevention/treatment, boot-camp classes, Specialty Seminars and other services. As a result of these services, our prices reflect our commitment to you and your personal goals.

STEP #2: SCHEDULE YOUR FREE SESSION
We invite all parties to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a complimentary free session. During the free session, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with the staff, the facility, and experience what AMRAP has to offer. If you already know our facility is right for you, feel free to skip this step and proceed to Step 3. For more information on what to expect during a Free Class, please go to FREE CLASS.
STEP #3: SIGN-UP FOR FOUNDATIONS
To become a regular member of CrossFit AMRAP, everyone must first complete our four Foundations Classes. Foundations classes are conducted privately, so you get to choose the training times that best fit your schedule and you get personal 1-on-1 coaching to ensure that you are executing the movements effectively and safely. We will be happy to accommodate your busy schedule and get you on the right path toward improved health!
STEP #4: WORKOUT OF THE DAY CLASSES
Once you graduate from Foundations, you are now ready for our regular Workout of the Day Classes. Please navigate to our CLASS SCHEDULE to register for classes throughout the week and you will be issued a keycard (after the last Foundation Class) to scan / sign-in before each class. Once your part-time or full-time membership has expired, you will then be able to renew your membership on a month-to-month basis.
We realize that group training sessions may not be the best option for everyone. Therefore, whether its Foundations classes or personal training, our coaches would be happy to work with you on an individual basis. We are more than happy to help you develop your athletic ability and skills and assist you in reaching your personal fitness goals.
