Get Started

We’re excited that you are interested in becoming a member at CrossFit AMRAP.  Please follow the necessary steps below to become a member at our facility:

STEP #1:  WATCH THIS VIDEO

Why should I CrossFit?

STEP #2:  COME TO THE FREE CLASS

Our Free Beginner’s Class meets every Saturday @10:15 a.m. and usually lasts approximately 45 minutes.  You are welcome to attend as many Saturday Free Classes as you would like to see if CrossFit AMRAP is a proper match for your fitness goals.  If you already know our facility is right for you, feel free to skip this step and proceed to Step 2.  For more information on what to expect during a Free Class, please go to FREE CLASS.

 

STEP #3:  SIGN-UP FOR FOUNDATIONS

To become a regular member of CrossFit AMRAP, everyone must first complete our six Foundations Classes.  Foundations classes are held once/month over the course of 2 weeks and generally meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 7 p.m.  To view the schedule for the next Foundations Classes, please go to UPCOMING EVENTS.

If one or more of the specified dates/times for Foundations do not work with your schedule, then please feel free to contact either Matt at 815-519-1106 and matt@crossfitamrap.com or Brittany at 815-685-7717 and brittany@crossfitamrap.com.  We will be happy to accommodate your busy schedule and arrange a private make-up session; make-up sessions cost $20/class.

For Foundations you will have the choice between a 12-session Punch Card or Unlimited Monthly Membership.  If you choose the 12-session Punch Card, the Foundations classes will account for half of your Punch Card.  If you decide to purchase an Unlimited Membership, then after completing the Foundations classes, you will be able to attend sessions as much as you wish until the 30-day period (from the first Foundations Class) expires.

If your schedule does not fit the Foundations Classes and you are interested in private Foundations Classes, those sessions are also available for purchase. Simply contact Matt at 815-519-1106 or Brittanyat 815-685-7717 and/or brittany@crossfitamrap.com for more details.

 

STEP #4: WORKOUT OF THE DAY CLASSES

Once you graduate from Foundations, you are now ready for our regular Workout of the Day Classes.  Please navigate to our CLASS SCHEDULE to register for classes throughout the week and you will be issued a keycard (after the last Foundation Class) to scan / sign-in before each class.  Once your part-time or full-time membership has expired, you will then be able to renew your membership on a month-to-month basis.

 

PRIVATE TRAINING

We realize that group training sessions may not be the best option for everyone. Therefore, whether its Foundations classes or personal training, our coaches would be happy to work with you on an individual basis. We are more than happy to help you develop your athletic ability and skills and assist you in reaching your personal fitness goals.

    Good morning,
    I am interested in becoming a member and have already attended a free session. I was wondering what I would need to do to register and hopefully start the foundations class that starts today. If you could please let me know what I need to do to set things up I would appreciate it. Thanks and have a great day,

    HI Matt, I really enjoyed the session this morning (although my hamstrings are still screaming at me, begging me to stop typing) and want to attend the Foundations class starting on Monday. I assume that this is the best way for me to sign-up. I plan to do the 12 punch card approach. I will see you on Monday at 7pm.
