G’d up from the feet up

I work out.

Here’s what was on the whiteboard yesterday:

Strength
Deadlift
5-3-1+

WOD:
2 Rounds for Time:
50 Lateral Barrier Hops
40 Sit Ups
30 Walking Lunges
20 Toes-to-Bar
10 Burpees

After completing the 5, 400 meter runs in “Nancy” earlier in the week and the 800 and 400 meter runs in Thursday’s WOD, I’m sure everyone was glad that there was no running in yesterday’s workout. However, after all the jumping, lunging, and ab work on yesterday’s WOD, I’m sure that everyone is feeling g’d up from the feet up and ready to take on the weekend.

Plus, if you are pressed for something to do, we have several people competing at “Fitober Fest” at CrossFit Freedom in Libertyville. Head on over either today or on Sunday to get in on the action. Good luck to Josh, Jess, Rosie, Dave Marshall, and Eric!

Also, be sure to keep Marco and Katie in your thoughts as they take on the Milwaukee and Chicago marathons, respectively!
