After completing the 5, 400 meter runs in “Nancy” earlier in the week and the 800 and 400 meter runs in Thursday’s WOD, I’m sure everyone was glad that there was no running in yesterday’s workout. However, after all the jumping, lunging, and ab work on yesterday’s WOD, I’m sure that everyone is feeling g’d up from the feet up and ready to take on the weekend.
